When the user requires chemical composition verification and analysis of forgings, it must be in accordance with GB/T222-1984 "Sample sampling method for chemical analysis of steel and allowable deviation of chemical composition of finished products" and GB/T223.1223.77-19811997" "Steel and alloy chemical analysis methods"
단조품의 화학성분검증분석이 규격 외의 장소에서 요구되는 경우에는 발주계약서에 명시하여야 하며, 사용허용편차는 사용자와 제조자가 협의하여 결정하여야 한다.
The shape and size of the wheel forgings should meet the requirements of the forging drawings. The machining allowances, tolerances and margins specified on the wheel forging drawings are in accordance with GB/T15826.1-1995 General requirements for machining allowances and tolerances of steel free forgings on hammers, GB/T12362-1990 "Steel die forgings" Tolerances and machining allowances are determined by the standards.
휠 단조품의 표면에 균열, 접힘, 단조, 중간층, 흉터, 슬래그 개재물 등의 결함이 있는 경우 다음 규정을 시행한다.
For the surface of forgings that need to be machined, the defect depth is confirmed by inspection, and it can be guaranteed that if more than 50 percent of the machining allowance is left, it is allowed not to be removed, but the user's consent is required.
